SE Ranking Review 2026: Pricing, Limits, and Best Plans
SE Ranking Core starts at €109 monthly or €87.20 billed annually. Compare SEO and GEO plans, tracking limits, add-ons, and buyer fit.
Limits: No paid SE Ranking account or instrumented test was used for this review. The official pricing page was fetched from a European region and displayed EUR list prices. US dollar figures are reported from an independent source and were not independently verified on the US site on the research date. Search volumes, difficulty scores, and AI visibility data were not benchmarked against first-party analytics or competing databases.
SE Ranking is a strong-value all-in-one SEO platform that bundles light AI-search visibility into its base plans. It is best when a team needs rank tracking, site audits, keyword and backlink research, and GEO monitoring from one lower-cost subscription, but the deeper AI layer costs extra and the entry price depends on annual billing.
- SEO teams and agencies that need rank tracking, audits, keyword and backlink research, and light AI-search tracking in one subscription
- Buyers who want GEO monitoring included at the entry tier rather than sold as a separate product
- You need only occasional keyword lookups or a single small-site audit
- You require citation-level AI visibility analysis without paying for the add-on
On this page
SE Ranking is an all-in-one search-marketing platform that folds classic SEO tools and AI-search visibility into a single subscription. Its three platform tiers are Core, Growth, and a custom Enterprise plan, and the base plans already include a limited amount of generative-engine tracking rather than selling it as a separate toolkit.
The buyer case is conditional. The entry plan is materially cheaper than comparable Semrush and Ahrefs tiers, but the deepest AI-visibility features sit behind a paid add-on, and the advertised low price requires annual, upfront billing.
SE Ranking pricing in August 2026
SE Ranking’s pricing page displayed the following prices on August 20, 2026. Because the page was fetched from a European region, the figures below are the EUR list prices shown on that page. Annual figures are effective monthly rates, but the subscription is billed upfront for the year.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual effective rate | Projects | Manager seats | Daily keywords | Daily AI prompts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | €109/mo | €87.20/mo | 10 | 1 | 2,000 | 100 |
| Growth | €235/mo | €188/mo | 30 | 3 | 5,000 | 250 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Annual billing saves 20 percent and includes free assisted migration from another platform. SE Ranking’s FAQ states that annual plans are billed upfront and that payments are non-refundable except where the service was not delivered as promised.
An independent review that verified pricing against seranking.com in June 2026 lists the US dollar list prices as Core at $129 monthly or $103.20 annually and Growth at $279 monthly or $223.20 annually. Treat those figures as the US-site prices reported by a third party, not as a number we verified on the US storefront today.
A free 14-day trial requires no credit card and includes up to 10 projects, 750 tracked keywords per day, 20 AI prompts per day, and AI competitive research for up to 3 domains.
What the Core plan covers
Core is built for a single operator running a small number of sites. For €109 monthly it includes:
- 10 projects and 1 manager seat
- 2,000 tracked keywords and 100 AI prompts per day
- 5 domains for AI competitive research
- 250,000 audit pages per month
- 25,000 API credits and MCP access
- 6 months of historical data
- 25 content marketing articles
- 3 local marketing locations with 1,500 local and map rank-tracking keywords
The toolset includes rank tracking, on-page and website audits, a backlink checker, competitor analysis, a keyword tool and grouper, and a SERP tracker. SE Ranking’s homepage also documents integrations with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Matomo, Make.com, and n8n, plus an API and an MCP server with ready-made Claude skills.
What Growth adds
Growth raises the project and seat ceiling and unlocks features aimed at multi-client work. For €235 monthly it provides:
- 30 projects and 3 manager seats
- 5,000 tracked keywords and 250 AI prompts per day
- 15 domains for AI competitive research
- 2 million audit pages per month
- 100,000 API credits and MCP access
- Historical data across the full project lifetime
- Guest links for view-only collaboration and page-change monitoring
- Dedicated customer support
SE Ranking’s comparison table also lists extra capacity as paid add-ons on both tiers: additional manager seats from €14.40, extra keywords from €20.80 on Core and €30.40 on Growth, extra locations from €16.80, and extra content articles from €39.20.
The AI-search angle
The base plans include a limited AI-visibility layer. Core tracks 100 prompts per day and Growth 250, across five large language models, with unlimited AI source tracking. The lighter monitoring is enough to see where a brand appears in AI answers at a high level.
The deeper analysis is a paid add-on. The AI Search add-on costs €63.20 monthly on annual billing or €79 monthly, and it unlocks the AI Results Tracker across AI Overviews, AI Mode, Perplexity, and ChatGPT, unlimited competitor research across those platforms, higher prompt allowances, and the SE Visible dashboard for brand mentions, citations, and sentiment trends.
Other add-ons and adjacent products
SE Ranking sells several extras on top of the platform plans:
- The Agency Pack adds white-label platform and reporting, unlimited scheduled reports with AI summaries, agency catalog placement, a lead generator, and 30 client seats for €59 monthly on annual billing.
- A standalone API plan starts at €155 monthly on annual billing for programmatic access to keyword, backlink, domain, and AI-search data.
- Planable, a separate social media management product, is listed from $33 monthly with a 20 percent discount when bundled with SE Ranking.
SE Ranking also states it serves 40,000+ agencies and that the company sits behind three related products: SE Ranking, SE Visible, and Planable.
Support and account policy
All customers receive Help Center and Academy access plus chat and email support, and higher tiers add Customer Success onboarding and guidance. SE Ranking’s FAQ notes that only one active session is allowed per login at a time; teams that share access should add seats or use view-only guest links.
Who should buy SE Ranking?
Choose Core when one person manages a handful of sites, 2,000 tracked keywords is enough, and light AI-search monitoring is a bonus rather than the main job.
Choose Growth when multiple projects, shared seats, full historical data, and dedicated support match real multi-client or multi-site work.
Choose the AI Search add-on when citation-level AI-visibility tracking and the SE Visible dashboard are requirements, since the base plans only cover high-level AI-answer monitoring.
Choose Enterprise when limits, API access, and terms need to be scoped with sales.
When to choose something else
- Use free search-engine and analytics tools when the requirement is first-party performance reporting rather than competitor research.
- Compare a dedicated GEO tracker when AI-answer visibility is the only recurring job and classic SEO is not.
- Compare other SEO suites when backlink coverage, keyword coverage, or estimates for a specific country are procurement-critical. Database breadth claims do not establish accuracy for a particular market.
Final verdict
SE Ranking is recommendable with conditions for teams that will regularly use rank tracking, audits, keyword and backlink research, and at least light AI-search monitoring. Core is a sensible entry point, but the low advertised price depends on annual, upfront billing, and the deepest AI-visibility features are a separate add-on. Total the required projects, seats, tracked keywords, audit volume, and AI prompts before choosing a tier.
For a more expensive, broader search-marketing suite, the Semrush review covers its current plans, crawl limits, and where its price is harder to justify.
